Where does the name STOULS come from?
Stouls is the last name of the founder and creator of the brand, Aurélia Stouls.
How are your products different from other stretch leather clothing?
We use exclusively the highest quality skins, hand-tanned in France by the inventor of stretch leather, which specifically meet our requirements: first choice skins, precision of colors, quality of stretch. Furthermore, all our products are manufactured in Europe in renowned workshops, trained to the requirements of the largest French houses. And our collections are machine washable. Finally, the accuracy of our cuts, the sophistication of our finishes such as the full skin cut or the silk linings, reflect the standards that we apply daily to achieve excellence.
Are the clothes sold on the site available in store?
All models for which delivery is indicated in three days are available in stores. Made-to-order models, made to order in the color of your choice and delivered within three weeks, are not available in stores. You can always stop by the store to try on the model before ordering it on our site or from our team.
A color is sold out, will it come back?
We regularly reissue our finest vintages and offer more than a hundred made-to-order colors at our boutique on rue de Grenelle.
Will my leather relax or warp?
Our leathers are canvased with a blend of high quality cotton and Lycra©, designed to prevent deformation. However, your leather may become deformed if you buy it a size too small. Furthermore, when you wash your garment, it will regain its initial appearance like when you wash your jeans. Note, however, that velvet lamb relaxes slightly, unlike dipped lamb.
Will the color of my clothing change after washing?
Over time, the color of your garment may change slightly, fade or lighten. This is the very principle of STOULS, which makes your garment a unique piece that develops a patina over time. Be aware that dark and very light colors change little; on the other hand, bright colors tend to lighten particularly on velvet lambs.
I don't dare wash my STOULS leather.
This is a completely normal apprehension. But if you scrupulously follow our maintenance guide , everything will go well. That said, if you still don't dare, or if you want to keep your leather all its intensity and shine, you can entrust your STOULS to a leather specialist.
Delivery and returns
Which countries do you deliver to?
STOULS ensures delivery by UPS/Colissimo worldwide.
How much are the delivery costs?
STOULS offers standard delivery by UPS for all orders over €200.
Delivery of orders less than 200€ will be carried out by COLISSIMO and charged 7€ for France and the countries of the European Union and 12€ for the rest of the World. Express delivery by UPS will be charged €30 for European Union countries (excluding France) and the rest of the world. You will be able to select your option when paying for your order.
What are the customs fees and taxes for my country?
The prices displayed include the VAT of the country of dispatch for delivery within the European Union. If you wish to be delivered outside the European Union, VAT is excluded but customs duties will be your responsibility and the total appearing on the summary page of your order does not include them.
As the recipient, you are then responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties and local sales taxes imposed by the country in which you receive the products.
How can I recover the tax refund?
We apply local taxes for European customers and products are sold tax-free for the rest of the world.
Can I use a PO box to deliver my order?
Unfortunately, our carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Which carrier will deliver my order?
Deliveries are made by UPS or Colissimo. All our shipments are insured by us, at least up to the value of the goods they contain, in the event of loss during transport.
When will I receive my order?
Clothing from the collection is shipped three working days after order confirmation. Orders made especially for you are delivered within 3 weeks. How can I know the status of my order?
Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing the tracking link for your order. You can then track your order at any time by clicking on this link.
How is the reimbursement carried out?
The refund will be made within 7 days, after receipt of the item in perfect condition, either by re-crediting your credit card or by transfer. If you wish to make an exchange, the amount initially collected will be refunded to you. You can then order again for the chosen product. If your order was sent to an address within the European Union, all sales taxes are refunded. Outside the European Union, sales and customs clearance taxes are not refundable. You may be able to recover these costs by contacting the customs office directly. Please note that your bank may take up to 10 business days to issue a refund to your card.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and JCB debit and credit cards. You can also choose to pay for your order with Paypal. For orders below €4,000, you can also opt for payment in three installments with Alma. Payment is debited at the time of order confirmation.

Can I pay in several installments?
Yes, for all purchases between €200 and €4,000, you can pay with the Alma payments solution in three installments.

Can I modify an order already placed?
You can cancel an order, change the size or color, modify your billing and delivery details up to 24 hours after order confirmation.
To do this, simply contact us at +33 1 42 60 29 97 or + 33 7 88 76 53 42 and confirm by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
My item doesn't fit me or I don't like it, can I return it?
Absolutely and this for all items in the collection (with the exception of special orders, because in accordance with Article L221-28, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for contracts for the supply of goods made according to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized). You have 14 working days to decide whether or not to keep your items. If you choose to return them, you must inform us by email at email@example.com. We will then send you a return slip, as well as the procedure to follow to have the package collected by our carrier. Please note that after this period, you will no longer be able to return your order.
Our collection service from your personal or professional address is offered to you. However, if you reside outside the European Union, taxes and customs duties will apply.
The products must be returned to us in perfect condition, without having been worn or washed. They must return to us in their complete original packaging, with STOULS labels intact and attached with the tamper-proof clip. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense.
